These terms govern your use of simplygrocers.co.uk and any orders placed with Simply Healthy Grocers Ltd.

1. About us

Simply Grocers is a trading name of Simply Healthy Grocers Ltd., a company registered in England & Wales. References to "we", "us", and "our" on this site mean Simply Healthy Grocers Ltd.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your basket. We accept the order when we send a confirmation email and dispatch the goods.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are in GBP and shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Most foodstuffs are zero-rated for UK VAT; confectionery, snacks and similar items are standard-rated at 20%. The split is shown at checkout.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
